INSTALLATION TIPS

· Plan the location of your VACPAN to be conveniently located for sweeping clean-ups.

o Special VACPAN inlet valve is not designed for in wall installation (there is no particular flush mounting bracket)

o For under cabinet installations, VACPAN requires a minimum height of 55 mm.

· Once the VACPAN location is determined, cut a 170 mm long x 40 mm high slot in the cabinet toe kick to accept the inlet valve.

· Run vacuum tube piping and low voltage wire from the main piping line to the VACPAN location, in order to allow the connection of the flexible hose provided (40 cm of length) which will be connected to the inlet valve.

· Connect the flexible hose to the vacuum tube piping through the clips.

· Use the 90° white elbow of the inlet to connect the VACPAN to the flexible hose.

· Do not glue the connection between the elbow to the inlet, to allow the future removal.

· Check for an airtight seal between VACPAN and elbow prior to installation. Teflon tape may be used if required.

· Slide VACPAN into its mounting location and secure to toe kick using the two screws provided.

· Attach low voltage wires to VACPAN terminal connection marked “low voltage only”.

· Fix the cabinet.

· If required, install the protection frontal cover provided (Eventualmente installare la Placca Frontale di protezione in dotazione (available by request).

IMPORTANT:

Do not use the flexible hose in other places of the system.
